Fall Hike: Taggart Lake to Bradley Lake

DISTANCE: 6 miles loop    ↠     DIFFICULTY: Easy

Park Entrance Fee

Fall is my absolute favorite season in Jackson. I love the cool crisp temps, the vibrant leaves, and having my hometown quiet down for the off-season. A couple of weeks ago I went on a hike to Taggart Lake and then onto Bradley Lake with a few of my favorite humans. It was the perfect sunny fall day for a hike in Grand Teton National Park. The hike to Taggart and Bradley Lake is a gorgeous especially in the colorful leaves and fresh snow on the mountains is picturesque.

The hike to Taggart Lake and Bradley Lake is easy with a little incline. It is a 6 mile loop that’s mostly flat with an incline between the two lakes.  Remember to pack water and bear spray!

Direction to Trailhead: Taggart Trailhead in Grand Teton National Park is 15.8 miles from the town of Jackson.

  • Head North on US-191 for 12.3 miles.
  • Turn Left onto Teton Park Rd for 1 mile
  • Keep right to stay on Teton Park Rd (where you will show your park pass) for 2.5 miles
  • The trailhead parking lot will be on your left

Please comment below to let me know if you went on this hike!
