New year, New Workout Clothes

We are almost one month into the New Year, and I know many of us have been eagerly looking forward to 2021. The year 2020 will be a year I will forever remember, the good and the bad.

Like myself, I’m sure many of you are feeling a little inspiration with the start of a new year, ready to start this year strong and crush our goals in and out of our (home) gyms. I started my year of fitness with a 4-week Tighter Together challenge with Madeline Moves. I follow Madeline’s workout app yearly, but sometimes I get in a workout rut and need a challenge to kick my booty into gear!

I always feel a little extra motivation when I put on some new workout clothes, so today, I’m sharing my favorite workout clothing!

Leggings

+ Lululemon Align Leggings

My most worn and loved leggings! They technically aren’t made for a high-intensity workouts because they are not made with compressive material, but I often wear them for high-intensity workouts (HITT training or running). I prefer Lululemon Align leggings in the 25″ inseam, which hits above my ankle (I’m 5’6″). The fabric is just so buttery soft!

+ Free People Good Karma Leggings

The Good Karma leggings from Free People surprised me because I mostly wear Lululemon workout gear. One of my favorite features of these leggings is the flattering waistband. When I’m headed for a Peloton Tread run, these are the leggings I grab the most because the waistband stays in place, and very supportive legging for my booty 🙂

+ Lululemon Wunder Under High-Rise Leggings

The Lululemon Wunder Under leggings are supportive and compressing leggings that are perfect for high-intensity workouts. I have them in the 28″ inseam, which makes them a full-length legging that covers my ankles.

Sports Bras

+ Free People Good Karma Crop

I wear this sports bra for low-intensity workouts (weight lifting, yoga, walking, hiking) and as a bralette every day! I’m more full chested, so this is not a sports bra I could run in, but I wear it for any other type of activity! The Good Karma Crop has great coverage, keeps the tatas supportive, and is made with soft material. I wear an XS/S.

+Lululemon Energy Bra Long Line B-D Cup

This is the sports bra I wear for running and high-intensity workouts. It gives me enough support while not being too restrictive. I wear a size 6.

Tanks

Ebb To Street Tank
Light Support For B/C Cup

I love wearing this tank for hiking or low-intensity activities! The Ebb to Street Tank has a built-in bra. I wear a size 6!

Lululemon All Yours Crop Tank

Since March, I’ve been working out in my home gym, so I feel comfortable wearing a cropped tank – not sure if I would feel comfortable wearing it to a gym!
